– Meet with client:
Arabia Design Studio first meets with you to get to know you and establish a comfortable working relationship to understand your vision, and all of your project requirements and expectations.
– Site Analysis:
We visit the site to record and document existing conditions, perform a photographic inventory and site analysis (including site appraisal, context study, accessibility study, etc.). We also contact consultants and request reports according to every site needs (topography, trees, traffic, etc).
– Feasibility Study:
We start with the initial conceptual design sketches (rough diagrams showing space needs superimposed over the site) aiming to assess the potential for success of the proposed plan or project by defining its expected costs, then discussing it with you.
– Schematic Design:
We proceed with the design process. There will be meetings to exchange thoughts with you and observe your reactions, then refine the ideas according to your feedback. This is where the vision of the project begins to take shape. At this stage, we start working on the following drawings:
– Design Development:
The Design Development phase begins with the completion of schematic floor plans, elevations, sections, to start with the 3D modelling. This phase includes the refinement of schematic documents by looking at the specifics of your decisions including form, sizes, materials and colours. The conclusion of this phase yields the final plans and elevations layout, in addition to the final 3D model with the selected materials of your choice.
